Welcome to our serve chat questionnaire! We'd love to get to know you more so we can find a space for you to serve with the gifts and passions God has given you.

At CPE, our mission is to Make Devoted Disciples of Jesus for Gods Glory. In order to work towards that, we have teams organised in 5 main pastoral areas:

- Magnification (Includes our Sunday Gathering teams - such as Music, AV & public prayer and Bible reading)

- Maturity (Featuring Life Group Leaders, Teaching & more)

- Mission (Reaching our friends & community, supporting mission partners)

- Membership (Our Community being welcomed & serving each other well)

- Ministry (Serving together in teams, equipping leaders)

In addition we have teams that serve in Kids, Youth and Young Adults.

This survey is an expression of interest in serving at CPE, and aims to understand your interests, gifts, skills and experience. We will follow this up with a conversation about how you could serve at CPE.

We want everyone to first attend On Board so that you fully understand the church that CPE is and youve had a chance to ask questions and clarify anything about CPE. And we want everyone to join a Life Group because its vital to be relationally connected to others and growing with them as we seek to serve others.

Serving on our teams should be an outworking of the gospel, working together for the sake of the gospel. We want people committed to Jesus and to serving him and that means we also want to represent him well and serve him for the right reasons.

There are some issues that we consider as potential barriers to serving on some ministry teams. Examples are things like a past criminal record, persistent, unrepentant sin or addiction (drugs, alcohol, pornography), dating a non-Christian or anything that could have ramifications for ministry to others. If there is anything that might fit that description, please note that you would like a member of our pastoral team to have a conversation with you. Anything disclosed will be held in confidence.

All serving members will also be required to have a Blue Card and complete our safe ministry training.
